PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

NWEB protects all information belonging to any party that granted you permission to contact them via the MailUp system, and will not share any such information with any other party or use it for its own promotional activities.

You as a subscriber of the MailUp service are solely responsible for any misuse of the MailUp service that results in the violation of the privacy of the parties that granted you a permission to contact them. For example, you should never provide a third party with personal information for the contacts stored in your MailUp console. Specifically, you should never sell, rent or in anyway give your lists of contact to any other party.

Our server farm is located in a highly secure, state-of-the-art data center. MailUp uses security measures such as storing confidential data in an encrypted format to avoid the misuse of such data. In addition, MailUp customers agree to comply with a strict rule of conduct with regard to how personal information (e.g. your e-mail address) is handled.

The MailUp servers store two types of data: (1) your personal information (e.g. your name and e-mail address), and (2) statistics on message-related activity (e.g. whether a user opened a certain newsletter). None of this data is ever provided to any third party, for any reason, unless we have your written permission or are required to do so by law.

HOW TO STOP RECEIVING MESSAGES

If you receive a message that was sent via MailUp (e.g. you see the MailUp logo in the footer), it means that a business that you have or had a relationship with uses MailUp for their e-mail marketing and your e-mail address exists in one of the lists they manage from their MailUp console.

If you do not wish to receive additional messages from that business, simply click on the unsubscribe link that should exist somewhere in the body of the message. If you don't see it, contact the company and let them know that you wish to unsubscribe. If you are still receiving messages after doing so, you can report the case to us by sending a message to abuse@mailup.it. Also send a copy to the sender.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The liability of NWEB and that of the distributors and resellers of the MailUp service will in no circumstance exceed the amount of money paid by You for using the MailUp service, nor will NWEB and its distributors and resellers will be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages of any kind to any party as a result of using the MailUp service.
