MailUp is a hosted service, so there is nothing to installed. You sign up, we setup your account, and off you go! You can start sending newsletters to your customers immediately, without worrying about setting up any software on any server.

The MailUp Console, the administration area that you will use to create, send and track your e-mail messages, is completely Web based. So you can access it at any time, anywhere you can use a Web browser. There is nothing to install on your desktop. All of your newsletters will be sent through our highly reliable server farm, not through your desktop.

Your MailUp subscription is not based on a cost per e-mail, or a cost per contact (or per list) model. You pay only a fixed monthly fee, and you are free to send any number of e-mails, to any number of contacts, compatibly with the bandwidth that you subscribe to. That is: the slower your messages are sent, the less you pay. If you don't care whether your newsletter gets sent in 2 or 4 hours, then sending it over 4 hours would cost you half. And you can always upgrade your bandwidth if you need more speed.

Our newsletter management system has been designed to handle the mailing and tracking of very high volumes of messages. Mailings are queued and sent automatically once you've scheduled a message to be sent. You can check the "send status" at any time. Long term relationships with ISPs around the world guarantess high deliverability for your messages.

MailUp is easy and quick to learn, and gives you full control on the messages you want to send to your customers: create a message from scratch using the built-in HTML editor, start from one of the many professionally designed templates, or import a messaged designed completely using an external editor such as Adobe Dreamweaver. Thre are no limits or restrictions when composing an HTML message, with unlimited size, full CSS and rich media support, attachments, embedded images, etc.

MailUp is more than a powerful tool to import/export large lists of contacts and send HTML messages to them. The system allows you to measure in real-time what happens after your message has been sent, including advanced bounce management (why were some messages not delivered?) and to outstanding statistical reports that include information on who read the messages, how many times, what topics they have found more interesting (clicked), etc.
